Hi guys,
Today we are going to show you a session of physical condition that we did in our practices. In addition, we will show you a presentation about what is the physical condition and the four physical capacities that exist:- Warm-up: 6 minutes of continuous running and joint mobility and 4 minutes of the game of the comecocos.
- Main part: We did the test of course navette to the students to check your aerobic capacity.
- Back to the calm: 5 minutes of lower train stretches.
