Below I will show you a session of rhythmic gymnastics, made last week to our students of practices:
- Warm up: 3 minutes of static articular mobility and 3 minutes of dinamic articular mobility.
- Main part: During 15 minutes, the students in pairs performed the different types of balances, turns and jumps studied in class. The next 10 minutes were used to practice for the practical exam, that consisting of a choreography with music of the different aspects of rhythmic gymnastics.
- Back to the calm: 7 minutes of stretching of the different muscle groups.
