Soccer Session

Hey!!
We show a soccer session example that we have done this week. In addition, we show you a presentation on technical actions of this sport:




  • Warm-up: 3 minutes of continuous running and joint mobility and 3 minutes of free game. 
  • Main part: 20 minutes. The first exercise consisted of putting in pairs and they executed the different types of soccer passes explained in the previous session. The next exercise consisted of a match 6 versus 6 students and each team had to make 6 passes to score a goal. Finally, they played a football match. 
  • Back to the calm: 5 minutes of 5 minutes of static stretching.
➨Injured students perform the role of referees, helping us.


Material: we need soccer balls and two goals for this session.
